Hi Summertime!

How are you all keeping? I am back here after a long while of change and drifts. I think this is more of a repository of things that move in my life than an actual website. I decided to eliminate most of online presence because my levels of energy were being sensory and visibly affected. I think that after closing a theatre, the pandemic and the uncertainty of being, I felt exhausted and took this time to recenter myself and discover new parts of me. I took the time to train as a certified clinical dance therapist in Milan at the Lyceum Academy, from that I realised that I really love research and combining theory, history and embodied practices, so I was lucky enough to get back into a PhD program in Dublin. I slowly left the stage to move to a writing practice. It gives me a lot of joy.

While I am walking my new beginnings and life, I keep dancing in different ways.

I am providing one to one movement therapeutic processual guidance on line and in person. These sessions are built as a medium long term sessions that help to recenter, discover, assess, overcome whatever is hindering an expanded sense of self. Trauma informed and somatically specific, I meet on zoom or in person and we dance our ways into creativity and grounding spatialities of existence, supported by writing and verbal sharing. Sessions are 1.30mins max. If this is something you wish to explore, just send an email ambrabutoh@gmail.com.

So, after 5 years from a Zero moment dimension, how’s life been for you all? Let me know if you wish, I’ll be really happy to read, I stand for connecting and keeping the circle of solidarity lit.

Much love

Ambra
